Return/Exchange policy :

Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days.

  • Shipping and Handling fees including those to ship hats back to Baldis.com are non-refundable
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. If it is broken in, has stains on the inside sweatband, or is in poor condition, then the return will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We can not take back used merchandise.

Steps to Return:
Obtain Return Authorization # by emailing: returns@baldis.com with your order # and reason for returning the item.
Pack hats in same or similar packaging that you received it in when sending back to us. Please do not return hats in envelopes/bags – Hats will get damaged and crushed if packed this way and we will not accept them.
